Buying a Home

Buying a home should be a good experience…

When I represent a Buyer, I work hard to find the perfect fit and investment for my client. I listen to what they want and then find them the right home within their budget. Staying within their budget and the lenders pre-approval is very important to me. I know that buying a home is a very emotional experience, so having the right Realtor working for you and helping you with smart decisions will make all the difference in the end. When your new home has closed and the home is now yours, it should be a happy time, not one that you regret later. I have worked with the same lender for 1 3 years and she has earned my trust and I know that she will take care of my clients and qualify them for the best programs available and get them the best rate possible. Getting pre-approved is the first step when choosing to buy a home. Finding the right Realtor and lender is also key to a smooth and successful home buying experience, so do your homework!

I have earned the essential certification Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) which is a national real estate industry designation. Getting this designation was very important to me. I wanted to make sure I have all the tools I need to do my job to the best of my ability for my clients. Not every agent or Realtor has this certification. When choosing a Realtor or buyers agent to represent you, check to see that they have earned the accredited course. Make sure your financial future is in the hands of a qualified professional before trusting just any agent or Realtor with this type of investment.

When you choose me as your Realtor, you will have my 20+ years of personal and professional experience and many extra hours of ongoing courses, classes and designations on your side. You will also have my list of preferred and recommended vendors and available resources to help ensure that you have reliable and trust worthy help along the way to your home ownership experience and after.

Give me a call…let’s talk about your wants and needs for your new home!
