Next we will go over a marketing plan to ensure that your property obtains the maximum attention and is easy and convenient to show. I offer staging if needed and help you get it ready to go on the market and sell for the maximum amount. I provide quality photos, colored flyers and flyer box, open houses, direct mailers and informational post cards, online information and private showings. All of this is part of the service you will receive when hiring and trusting me with the sale of your home. I will actively and aggressively market your property to get you the best price and terms. Once we have an interested buyer for your home, I will work to negotiate the terms of the sale in your best interest, and take care of the details of the transaction.
